Industrial Cleaner My client is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join the team. Key responsibilities of the Industrial Cleaner are: Carrying out industrial cleaning tasks to void properties in Barnsley To ensure that Void and Tenanted properties meet our required Void Cleanliness standard and customer expectations. To carry out empty home property clearances ensuring the duties are carried out in accordance with procedures and risk assessments. To ensure all waste associated with the clear and clean service are disposed of using our own waste management arrangements. To ensure that all documentation / Void paperwork is completed fully and accurately and submitted in a timely manner. To carry out empty home property cleans to properties Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard Adhering to health & safety regulations at all times Other duties may include waste removal, deep cleaning and maintenance tasks Requirements for the Industrial Cleaner: A valid driving license is essential Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a professional attitude Asbestos Awareness. Substantial experience in working in a Construction environment. This role is full time 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-3.30pm). The pay rate is £12.67 via PAYE or £15.51 via Umbrella.
