Pertemps Dudley are looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder on behalf of our client in the Halesowen area. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading drawings, setting up and operating welding equipment. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welding machines Conduct inspections to ensure welded components meet required standards Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Strong welding skills, including MIG welding and fabrication techniques Knowledge of different welding materials and their applications Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm Rate of pay: £13-£14 per hour potential to increase after probation

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Skilled in using metalworking tools and machinery for cutting, bending, and shaping metals. Strong attention to detail and precision in executing welding and fabrication tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to project timelines. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding and metal fabrication.
