You have worked previously for several years in an administrative/ customer service environment and are flexible enough to be comfortable with managing rapidly changing priorities.
You already have broad commercial experience; this is essential.

This role is working Full Time over 7 days a week and you must be fully flexible to work during all opening hours, paying up to £30,000 depending on experience.
You have responsibility for the daily management of the Residence under the direction of the Operations Manager and via the Company's monitoring procedures.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service and administration is provided at all times in order to maintain operational standards and to maximise revenue generation.
A main focus of the role is ensuring that the residence runs efficiently and cost effectively in line with company policies and procedures.
An opportunity has arisen within our client's Estates and Facilities Department for an Estates and Facilities Manager, based at their Central Headquarters in Sheffield.
The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure the delivery and effective integration of all estates and facilities management services across this fire service.
