We've partnered with a leading client in the recycling and sustainability industry, and are delighted to share an opportunity to hire and administrator to join their operations team in Aldershot The Role As the administrator, you'll be responsible for providing administrative assistance for all aspects of depot activity including: Recording materials in and out of site Data entry and systems management Coordinating weighbridge operations This is a full-time role working 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, available on a 12-month maternity cover contract. £13.20 per hour (£19.80 per hour on Saturdays) 7am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 12pm Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support to the site manager Recording absence and holidays Managing ingoing and outgoing post Handling telephone and email queries Ensuring adherence to weighbridge policies and procedures Management of site systems Liaising with site staff, drivers, contractors and customers Control purchasing of consumables such as PPE and office stationary Key Skills We're ideally seeking individuals with: Excellent organisation skills A high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Computer literacy (particularly with MS office) Good literacy and numeracy skills
