The trial seeks to investigate the effect of oral semaglutide vs. placebo on cardiovascular outcomes in up to 20,000 participants with type 2 diabetes.
Participants take part remotely (by completing questionnaires on their own device or during telephone interviews with research nurses) and study treatment is sent to their homes by post.

Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Support Assistant /1:1
We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Behaviour Support Worker/1:1 to join a Primary School in Dewsbury, full time starting as soon as possible.
This is a temporary role supporting KS2 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and SEMH needs.
These sessions can take place in schools, care homes, foster homes, libraries etc.
We are looking for dedicated tutors to work 1-2-1 with CLA (Children Looked After).
As a tutor/mentor you would be required to offer support to the student from a couple of hours to multiple sessions a week and be required to complete weekly feedback forms on the student's progress, achievements, behaviour, and self-esteem/confidence.
