Are you looking to get into the world of Data Protection and GDPR? We are working closely with Financial Services organisation to recruit for a Data Protection Coordinator. This role is perfect for somebody who wants to take there first step into the world of data or for somebody who is currently studying for their CIPPE. You will be required to visit site 5 days per week during training and then move to a hybrid working model of 2 days on site per week. Key Responsibilities for the Data Protection Coordinator: - Managing Data Protection queries that come through to the inbox - Periodic reviews of customer communication to understand what data is being requested, what process is being followed and where the information is going - Dealing with all subject access requests (SARs) - Log data incidents and investigate where required - Supporting with project work including process changes, impact analysis and data mapping - Act as First Line of Defence and being reactive to incoming enquiries Key Skills for the Data Protection Coordinator: - Passionate about data - Understanding of Data Subject Rights (GDPR, DPA etc.) - Ability to work to your own initiative - Previous experience within Financial Services industry Please apply as directed!

Duties: Scheduling the service and maintenance of existing vehicles and machinery on site. Inputting information into the company's database, ensuring these remain up to date at all times. Liaising with drivers for bookings and any other information required. Undertaking other general administration responsibilities. Other ad hoc duties as and when required. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or customer service role. Experience working within the commercial vehicle sector would be advantageous but not essential. Full UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle due to the rural location. Excellent IT Skills, including MS Office. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Driven, hardworking attitude and keen to learn new skills.
