You will be operating within a busy warehouse for a well known electrical company. working day shifts Monday - Friday with optional overtime both through the week and on weekends. Within this role you will be expected to check and scan product as it is delivered to the warehouse. Move in bound deliveries across the site. Have basic understanding and experience using computers/Excel. Stock, count and move various equipment across the site. Communicate and coordinate with management clearly. FLT Counterbalance, Reach or Bendi would be an advantage for this position, however for the right Candidate, in house FLT training would be provided. Previous warehouse experience in a goods in role is preferred. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 Within this role you will be responsible for the following; Unloading and loading lorries for deliveries and collections on coolers and stock. Label, palletise and put away inbound used stock coolers Pick stock to be dispatched to manufacturing sites Packaging finished coolers Ensuring the stock is stored and picked correctly, and records kept in line with the management stock system Additional duties will be required and training will be provided on methods and stock systems. Locating and moving pallets of stock and loading trucks ready for client delivery Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards at all times Reporting on any damages to stock or the vehicle Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Working safely and in a timely manner to achieve productivity targets Moving finished goods around the warehouse using SAP Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety Store the pallets in the ASRS Warehouse Unload vehicles delivering full goods into the ASRS warehouse Some manual handling may be required to rebuild damaged pallets Requirements: Must have minimum 6 months experience as a FLT counterbalance driver and an in-date license FLT drivers must have a strong understanding of the Health and Safety process and be able to work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines The successful applicant will have experience ideally within a fast paced FMCG or consumer goods environment.
