This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse workers. Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations. Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Perform regular inventory counts and audits. Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry for all inventory transactions. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse operations. Monitor workflow and make adjustments to improve productivity. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Quality Control: Ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory control systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions. Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
