The purpose of this role is to increase the productivity of the warehouse team whilst ensuring the highest level of quality and minimising labour costs for the business.
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to be based at a busy distribution company in Waltham Cross, where you'll be given the opportunity lead your own team.
You will be responsible for motivating and leading a team to achieve high standards and reach targets.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 out of 7 days each week 8pm-5am, however flexibility on the hours of work may be required.
