As directed by the Team Leader, Lead Nurse and Service Manager, the post-holder will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team.
They will undertake duties involved in the day-to-day operation, management and development of drug and alcohol treatment in Southend and will be responsible for setting up pathways and delivering the full range of services in Southend Hospital.
