Job Title: Administration Assistant Reports to: Director of Finance Salary: £24,750 per annum Hours: 40 per week (7am- 3:30pm or 8am- 4:30pm) Monday to Friday Location: Remote - One day a week in our Bournemouth office Are you seeking a role that offers the flexibility of working remotely with the balance of in-office collaboration? Working closely with their customer care team, you will play a key part in processing daily reports from their insurers that tell us potential customer cancellations. It is for this reason the role has an earlier start time, they can be flexible with either a 7am or 8am - so make the role work for you! What will you be doing? Processing daily emails and reports from insurers which highlight customers who may be at risk of cancelling their life insurance policy Data entry- adding potential customer cancellations on to their internal system accurately and in a timely manner so they can be managed by their in-house Customer Care team Phoning and liaising with insurers to verify payment details on customer cases Issuing vouchers to customers in line with their company policy Checking and entering data on a daily basis to maintain ledger records, and claims data Maintaining, reporting and recording accurate company records and accounts Supporting ther finance team with other administration tasks as required Key Requirements: Experience in an administration or data entry role would be desirable Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to work independently with confidence Efficient with the ability to remain focused through repetitive tasks Proficient in Microsoft packages including excel, and computer literate Problem solving skills to address any discrepancies Our client, value their staff. Job Title: Vehicle Technician Location: Bournemouth Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, no weekends Salary: £34,000 -£38,000 DOE We are working with a well established dealership in Bournemouth area. If you're a qualified vehicle technician looking for every other weekend off - this could be for you!!
