What you will do
- Recruit, engage, develop and support volunteers in line with agreed procedures.
- Develop and maintain partnerships to enable and enhance volunteer recruitment.
Volunteers attend two days a week and work in all areas of the Farm, gaining experience and qualifications, and progressing to peer mentor positions.
