This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role.
This is a fixed term contract, therefore you must already hold an assessing qualification.
Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years and or Schools sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion.
Here at Kingston College are now seeking a Vocational Skills Assessor to facilitate the effective and efficient practical and theoretical assessment of learners, as well as the development of their commercial, employability and enterprise skills.
You will support students with a portfolio of evidence and liaise with Tutors to support students' success.
Supporting students to find appropriate placements, you will assess and monitor learners on the T Level programmes, as well as on Level 1, 2 and Level 3 programmes across the School (including Health & Social Care, Health & Wellbeing).
