We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning insurance company.
We are currently looking for experienced, customer service executives from a contact centre environment who have ideally worked specifically within insurance or at least within financial services.
Due to significant growth, they are expanding their Cardiff based team.
Build good working relationships with clients, candidates, peers, and managers.
The Role
Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 promises.
The role of the Recruiter is to develop, grow and generate new business through direct sales activity and candidate management in line with the office and Carbon60 business plan.
Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Whether it's filling shelves, serving on the tills, ensuring we have the right amount of stock or maybe picking deliveries ... the opportunities are endless, but everything you do matters ... ensuring our customers get everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
You will be expected to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same.
