Personal Assistant (Executive Administration); About the Role
As a Personal Assistant you will work as part of a dynamic and proactive team, in this fast paced and varied role, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Group's Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
You will help ensure the Executive Office runs efficiently, supporting with the scheduling of diaries, organisation and administration of meetings, the organisation of functions and events, assist in preparation of reports and presentations and provide general administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team.
One key aspect of this project is the Shades Project', which focuses on racial justice and faith, supporting schools and churches in developing a culture for all children and young people, regardless of racial background, to thrive and flourish.
The Diocese of Manchester has established the Children Changing Places Project, which is currently working with 33 schools and 33 churches in developing discipleship pathways for children and young people in Bolton.
