We are assisting a progressive company who are searching for an IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst who is comfortable supporting users with technical issues within an ITIL Framework.
Main Duties
Liaise with customers via phone, remote sessions, video conferencing and email to assist with 1st and 2nd line IT issues, working in accordance to SLA's, quality standards and ITIL best practices.
Standard hours
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, between 8am-6pm, 8 hours per day.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
The hourly rate for this role is £12.36 and up to £13.53 across selected locations within London.This role will involve travelling to stores around the region.
A full driving licence and access to a car will be necessary in this role due to the travelling.
