This role will be responsible for relaying specialist equipment across the country on a dedicated route, quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service.
The focus of this Technical Support Specialist role is to provide technical support for customers accessing part and fully tracked services via the WCMS using the ticket system and in line with service level agreements.
This opportunity offers remote working and varied responsibilities, including adding new services and fault identification and resolution.

As a Parcel Warehouse Operative, you'll be unloading and loading parcels from trailers, moving them through our warehouses and ensuring that they arrive at their destination safely, and also, you'll be working with a mechanised Parcel Sorting machine.
