I'm working closely with an independent Lettings agency in the Christchurch, Dorset area to help them find an experienced Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
We are seeking a reliable Handyman to join our Estates Office team, responsible for maintaining and securing Crossreach Property.
Your role will involve conducting weekly visits to perform security and maintenance checks, ensuring the building remains wind and watertight, and reporting any issues to the Estates Office.
You will also facilitate access for meter readings, water board inspections, emergency services, and occasionally assist with low-level ground maintenance.
These are everyday things, but in this job they are powerful tools for building trust, creating memories and improving young lives.

Here at Stonewater, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Income Officer to join us and provide our customers, across all tenures to include social rented and homeowners, with the right support to manage their rent and service charge payments.
You'll review both rent and service charge accounts contacting customers either by telephone or digital platforms to identify why they have not paid their charges and offer them appropriate support and advice to enable them to do so.
You'll ask questions to -find underlying issues and make our customers feel supported, all whilst ensuring they are clear on what action they need to take to find solutions to their debt issues.
