Bensons for Beds is looking for a new Retail Process Specialist to join our Central Operations team, to be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient retail operations by governing, implementing, and streamlining processes. Working from our Support Centre in Accrington, you will play a key role in improving productivity, reducing costs and ensuring that each process enhances our colleagues' ways of working, which drive the overall customer experience in our retail stores. So, what will you do? As a Retail Process Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting all processes that impact our retail stores and identify areas of improvement, to develop and implement the changed process. As well as this, you will: Identify gaps in store processes, working cross functionally to map a new process(es) and implementing them. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with store managers and store colleagues to ensure proper execution of processes, providing relevant documentation, communication and training where needed. Work closely with the business risk, internal audit and IT teams to understand risk and mitigate through excellent process management and governance. What will you get? Due to the nature of this role, the successful person will need to have a strong understanding of bensons for beds store processes and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Understanding our systems is essential, but also being confident using various aspects of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and having knowledge or retail best practice will help you to be successful in the role. As well as being able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and change and navigate through ambiguity.
