It will pay a starting rate of £210 per day (Umbrella) - increasing to £260 after accreditation - to join our client, the Financial Ombudsman Service, the organisation that settles individual disputes between financial businesses and their customers.
This assignment will be home-based for the duration of the assignment - which is 12 months - and must be carried out from the UK - for the purposes of the assignment, the UK is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The duration of the contact is between 7-10 months and may for the right candidate lead to permanent employment.

For this role, a minimum of 2 years of legal billing experience using Elite 3E is required, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
Duties include, generating and distributing proformas, processing transfers and edits, preparing draft bills, processing credit notes and dealing with queries, as well as various ad hoc duties that may arise.
Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions
Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email - Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
