They provide a full range of agricultural and construction machinery and support services. If you have experience in the repair, maintenance and servicing of machinery / vehicles in the agricultural and construction sector, then you are the candidate they need! The working hours for this role are flexible however they are ideally seeking a candidate to work on a Monday - Friday basis with a rota over weekends. Salary: Flexible DOE Location: BS39 4DB Type: Full-time Title: Mechanical fitter / engineer About the role: Currently recruiting for agricultural / construction machinery mechanics / fitters to join a small productive team. You will be working with the latest and greatest in agricultural and earth-moving machinery. With support, your role will be to: Undertake servicing, welding, fabrication, mechanical, inspection or machining work as necessary. To conduct initial assessment of equipment reported as faulty, identify root cause and repair as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ensure that repairs are undertaken safely and in line with approved methods. Repairs and engineering work will be conducted in the workplace and onsite. You will be responsible for your own personal dynamic risk assessment and adaptable method statements will have to be engaged for workplace operations. Workshop equipment will be provided for your use which must be kept in a clean, tidy and serviceable condition at all times. Keep working area/site clean and tidy. Paperwork must be kept up to date, including allocating purchase orders to parts ordered. Requirements: Experience in a similar role is essential Relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 is preferred Full UK Driving Licence Experience in working on agricultural or earth moving vehicles

You will be working with the latest and greatest in agricultural machinery. With support, your role will be to maximize the output of the workshop and spare parts business by organizing and promoting repairs and routine maintenance both at their depot and out on site. This role is a diverse role, covering all key aspects of the aftersales business and does have potential of progression. Requirements: From a technical / engineering background within the agricultural or construction machinery sector, you'll be motivated by providing high standards of customer service, either remote or field based, satisfying technical parts enquiries and conducting dealer training You'll have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, a helpful attitude to resolving enquiries and be flexible in reacting to time sensitive situations You'll have good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems and be able to interpret spare parts and schematic drawings Team focused, you'll be able to develop strong working relationships internally with sales and technical colleagues, externally with dealer parts and technical teams and end users You're a natural multitasker, self-motivated and down to earth, with a practical can-do approach to satisfying customer demands Experience of working with dealers and an understanding of the manufacturer-dealer relationship is useful, particularly in a service / technical support function A full UK driving licence is required
