As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs that align with the product vision and user needs, conducting user research, gathering feedback and iterate designs based on user insights and usability testing. The right candidate will blend customer insight with intuitive, conversion focused design, and on-brand execution. You'll work across different parts of their site and (growing) product range, from designing subscription flows to sculpting beautiful landing pages, and compelling narratives. Responsibilities: Working between the Growth, Creative and Development teams you'll drive the business forward by creating best in class experiences and flows across the website. You'll lead on gathering quantitative and qualitative user insight, whether that's through user interviews, usability testing, or data tools. Understand customer's needs and behaviours, and build flows and web pages that intuitively solve problems for them and are a delight to interact with. From wire-frames to development ready designs, you'll own the design process and be responsible for moving things forward at speed.
