We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trust Manager / Officer / Private Client Trust Administrator who has trust management experience with offshore and/or onshore financial services industry experience.
Our client is a Family Office, with the Principals being the beneficiaries of a number of family Trusts, holding liquid and longer-term financial assets.
The assets of the existing trusts will be divided and settled upon new trusts, with new Trustees, which will comprise three Channel Island based resident trusts, all of which will be held for the beneficiaries.
The adult beneficiaries are a brother and sister in their mid to late forties.
The post holder will assist all members of the team including among a range of administrative tasks, arranging meetings, compliance checks, training and data inputting.
This is a key role supporting the organisation and its functions.
They will contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support in a professional and efficient manner to reflect the organisation's reputation and will ensure the smooth running of the service administratively and as the 'first point of contact' with our partner organisations and local authorities.
This role is known within the organisation as a SCITT Centre Administrator
Administrator / SCITT Centre Administration Assistant with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, basic marketing knowledge and good computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Publisher and Google documents, is required to administer a busy teacher training programme for a joint partnership in Hedge End, Southampton.
