Tour Coordinator This successful and rapidly growing educational travel industry leader is looking for a Tour Coordinator to join their busy team. Organising educational and tours they are known for delivering excellent customer service and delivering a quality service. Tour Coordinator Supervisor Role and Responsibilities Organisation of each tour from confirmation to post tour feedback. Communicating with internal and external suppliers by email and phone. Producing all relevant paperwork for the tours including itineraries, invoices and travel packs. Manage communication between Tour Coordinators and other departments. Tour Coordinator Supervisor Skills and Experience Required Experience in a similar role within educational travel desirable but not essential. Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage and prioritise workload. Proficient in using Microsoft packages. Excellent communication skills. Marketing Coordinator - Required for this expanding upmarket tour operator. They are looking for a direct marketing specialist, ideally from travel, 35/40k plus fantastic benefits . Homebased with one day in the office every couple of weeks in London. Marketing coordinators duties -Coordinate the production of our annual brochure and destination guides, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of content -Plan and execute bi-monthly direct mailing campaigns, including list management, content creation and analysis of campaign performance -Coordinate the production of the annual brochure, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of content -Oversee the design and creation of our merchandising and signage for cruise ships -Manage relationships with external printers, ensuring delivery of marketing materials is on-time and to budget -Coordinate the organisation and storage of images and videos for marketing purposes, ensuring accessibility and compliance with copyright regulations -Assist in the creation and distribution of the agent newsletter, providing updates on promotions, events, and industry news -Conduct competitor research to identify market trends, best practices, and opportunities for differentiation -Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives. Marketing Coordinators skills required -Strong background in direct marketing within the travel industry -Experience in dealing with marketing campaigns end to end -Experience working with designers and creating briefs -Great attention to detail when reviewing copy -Experience with graphic design tools - Adobe, creative suite Additional information -1 day in the office every couple of weeks, based in central London.
