We are looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with teaching and other educational support staff. You will need to be caring, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work under the direction of the Class Teacher and also use your own initiative. The successful candidate will support the child, enabling them to successfully access the Curriculum. Working as part of a small team requires a teaching assistant who is adaptable and able to work collaboratively with members of the school and wider community. We are particularly keen to hear from staff who have knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). This is a fixed-term contract until August 2025 and is due to commence as soon as possible.
