Travel Consultant Trainer £27k Aberdeen Hybrid Working Pertemps are working with a credible organisation who are looking for a travel consultant trainer. This role will be essential in playing a supportive role in achieving business objectives by ensuring the travel consultants are equipped with the skills and knowledge to be successful in their role. This position will involve the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to suit the experience and new consultants. The ideal candidate would have a background in the travel industry and have used the GDS system. This would suit senior travel consultants looking for that next step. It would also suit those coming from a learning and development environment. Role Responsibilities: Training Delivery- Conduct training sessions in person and remotely. Record training videos and produce training guides. Skill Enhancement- Assist with upskilling of current and new travel consultants. Help them to acquire the skills and attributes needed to be successful in the role. Training Program Development- Collaborate with the training team to design training programs that align with the business objectives ensuring training and development is engaging, informative and tailored to the travel consultants. Moden Apprenticeship Program Support-Contribute to the success of the modern apprenticeship program by delivering targeted training. Collaboration: Work within a team of trainers to ensure a cohesive approach to training activities. Share insights and best practices to enhance the overall training process. Documentation: Create training guides and workbooks as needed to support the training programs. Travel: Occasional travel to other office locations in the UK. Reporting: Report to the head of operations and provide updates on training progress, effectiveness and areas of improvement. Candidate Requirements: Educated to an HND/HNC Level. Proven track record providing inhouse training. Excellent attention to detail. GDS experience. Travel experience. Confident and driven.
