In this role you will support clients with their holiday needs through various means such as face to face, social media, online and over the phone.
They're seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified Marketing and Memberships Officer to deliver new business development and marketing services to support the following:
Membership development and commercial income generation activity

As an Account Executive, you will provide quotations for New Business and Renewals to assist the Branch and be a referral point for the Assistants.
You will need to have good judgement, be analytical, have great attention to detail, be flexible, self-motivated, driven & deliver excellent customer service whilst always adhering to their individual underwriting authority limits and in accordance with the procedure manual.
The role requires dealing with clients over the phone, in person in branch and via e-mail to ensure retention and sales targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication and negotiation skills.
Act as a representative of the Client to deliver a range of services that are required by various utility companies.
Awareness of Debt and Resolution Capability.
The core activity focuses on visiting the premisses of the client's customers and performing the following functions relating to their gas and electricity supply.
