MILK Education is working with a Primary school in the Oldham ( 0L9 ) who are looking for a dedicated full-time Behaviour Buddy to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024.
This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 16:00 pm.
Within this role you will be required to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND/SEMH across KS1, both academically and with personal development.
Develop and implement individualised strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
General
To support the development of children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to succeed academically and personally within the school environment.
Experienced working Front Line Supervisor required in Littleborough working on a Environment Agency scheme.
Duties to include supervision of gangs of Groundworkers and Machine Operators, checking of risk assessments and method statements and carrying out tool box talks.
We are looking for individuals who have an interest in working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
The successful applicant will be working as a behaviour mentor alongside a supportive staff team and undertake regular training.
The School caters to KS3 aged children up to year 10, who struggle to access education due to their learning needs, specifically you will support children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
