To support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing working as part of a team carrying out a large range of Multi-skilling works associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of LBI managed properties and social spaces, as scheduled or directed by supervisor.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a friendly and supportive team to coordinate their project which helps these young individuals into work experience placements or paid employment.
Ideally, we'd prefer someone with a current DBS certificate.
We need a caretaker to cover certain functions, which could include estate sweeping, cleaning communal spaces of blocks or assisting with bulky waste removal.
This is all about working in a person centred way to support the people using this service to be included in the workforce in a way that they can contribute meaningfully to it.
