We are looking for team members who are passionate about Healthcare that are keen to learn a new skill and play a key role in delivering our new earwax removal service to the local community. .You will go through specialist training to understand how to complete the ear wax removal process, including how to talk to customers about the process and using a camera to look inside the ear(s) before proceeding to remove the ear wax. You will also complete our healthcare training programme to enable you to advise on the healthcare counter customers with their healthcare needs.Your role will be to greet customers, verify their details, complete an ear health questionnaire with the customer, look inside the ear(s) using a camera, and then to use specialist microsuction equipment to gently remove ear wax from the customer's ear(s) to improve their hearing.
