You will focus on and deliver engagement campaigns in line with strategic partnership plans to promote apprenticeships to create a pipeline of new learner starts.
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Partnership team.
Use a strengths based approach, building on the attributes of our customers, to help them to develop the skills required to sustain their tenancy and assist in resolving complex benefit issues.
Conduct initial assessments to understand customer needs and opportunities' and use coaching techniques to understand the root cause of the issue requiring support.

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Burgess Hill by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
