The role of a Cover Supervisor is to supervise and support students in the classroom.
You will act as a role model, providing guidance, training, and support to LSAs to help them excel in their roles.
As the Lead Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of LSAs, ensuring the highest level of support is provided to students with diverse learning needs.
