Basic £28000 Opportunity for earning over £30K plus with overtime. Atrium Recruitment is currently seeking candidates for a permanent position on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading company in construction materials testing. This role offers a negotiable salary and abundant opportunities for career advancement within the company due to its size. Travel and staying away from home will be required for this role. A company van will be provided along with stay away allowance, and overtime on top of basic salary. No prior experience in this role is required as training with be provided, however experience working in the Construction Industry or a similar industry would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Travel around sites, to gather and produce test results in adherence to documented procedures, standards, and specifications. Ensure testing and sampling activities comply with UKAS and Company requirements. Maintain safe, clean, and tidy working environments in the laboratory and on site. Uphold a culture of impartiality to prevent conflicts within the company's quality management systems and commercial relationships. Maintain confidentiality of customer information obtained during laboratory activities, as required by law. Duties: Work safely in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Policy. Execute assigned tasks promptly following in-house procedures. Foster team integration and maintain morale within the laboratory Perform daily work tasks as instructed by senior personnel. Keep work environment and equipment clean and tidy. Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by senior staff. Education & Training: Possession of CSCS card advantageous. Knowledge & Experience: Prior laboring or general construction, or similar work within a similar industry experience advantageous. Essential for this role: UK Driving License (Manual) required for Site Technician role.
