Work with all staff to establish Quality procedures, standards and systems.
General
The ideal candidate will have Quality experience within the food industry, duties will be to develop and manage the Quality policies and processes from receipt of raw material, through production and despatch of product; to meet Quality and Health and Safety standards; to maintain BRC and other accreditations; to continuously improve processes, resourcing and delivery; to align Quality processes with strategic planning; to liaise with NPD to ensure standard of Quality processes with new products.
