Our client has an exciting role for an experienced Workforce Schedule Coordinator to join their team, to be accountable for ensuring the internal rostering system is updated for all the departments. Duties: Ensuring compliance with training, scheduling, competencies Liaising with managers to ensure correct rostering is completed Responsible to fill vacant shifts Ensure correct communication of rostering Experience: Must have previous experience in rostering or putting timetables together for the temp/bank staff Excellent communication skills Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel) - spreadsheets and rostering Good analytical skills
