They are currently seeking additional Customer Service Administrators due to ongoing developments and with training you will become responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration and customer service for their Mortgage, Investment and Savings Accounts.

With training, the role is a dual role split into providing both administration and customer service to existing customers regarding their Mortgage, Investment and/or Savings Accounts.

This is a busy and varied role, so would suit someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Though you will only work during term time, you will be paid a salary every month including school holidays.
This role has a starting salary of £19,991.18 per annum for working 35 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (equivalent to £14.87 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay).
Minimum Requirements: 2 years' IFA Administration experience; Salesforce and AJ Bell experience preferred; Live a commutable distance from Ewell
