Role Overview
As a Health and Social Care Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our workforce is well-equipped to provide high-quality care services.
If you are interested in this role you will be invited along to an assessment day where there will be a requirement for you to partake in Role Play and this will be based at their training centre in Woking.
This role will be a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
We are currently recruiting for Detention officers to work for Surrey Police at 3 locations being Guildford, Salford and Staines.
We are looking for an inspirational, qualified trainer/practitioner with experience and knowledge of health and social care provision and management theory to develop and deliver training to our bright and enthusiastic staff teams.
Working closely with the Head of Engagement & Learning, the Training Manager and other key personnel, you will develop and participate in employee learning and development programmes relating to all aspects of service provision.
This is a central role within our staff development team and you will be based at our vibrant Stockport Head Office.
We are fully committed to progressing you through your PCO Portfolio or PCO Apprenticeship which would increase your salary to £32,288 as soon as either of these is successfully completed which can realistically be achieved within 12 to 18 months of joining us.

What's in it for you?Your starting salary will be £27,300 pa. increasing to £28,350 after 12 months and increasing again to £32,288 when you reach 3 years' service.
