Kaplan Living Glasgow is looking for a self-motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team at our two student residences based in the west end of Glasgow. The role will be hands-on and responsible for managing and delivering the reactive, statutory, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes. The role will cover the day-to-day facilities management and maintenance within the residence and will work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure the safety and health of all staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
