Trainer/Teacher Location: City Centre Manchester Salary: £30,808 per year Monday - Friday 37.5hours per week On Site 5 days Are you a dynamic and passionate educator with experience in delivering impactful training programmes to young learners from challenging backgrounds? Join our clients team as a Trainer/Teacher in Manchester, where you'll play a key role in empowering young people between the ages of 16-25 through education and vocational skills development. About Us: Our client is committed to providing high-quality, tailored educational programmes that prepare challenged young people for the workforce. Our innovative approach combines classroom-based learning with practical work placements, ensuring our learners receive a comprehensive and valuable learning experience. Role Responsibilities: As a Teacher Trainer, you will: Deliver accredited programmes, focusing on Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2, Employability, and vocational skills. Engage and support young learners in small classroom settings, utilising blended learning approaches including digital delivery methods. Conduct initial assessments and create tailored learning plans for individual learners, monitoring their progress through regular reviews. Contribute to the development of resources and processes to enhance programme effectiveness. that prepare challenged young people for the workforce. If you have worked within an environment where you have supported in SEND, PRU's or a Probation environment Requirements: Teaching Qualification: Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE to QTS, or equivalent). Assessor Qualification: Possess an Assessor qualification. Knowledge of IQA Processes: Solid understanding of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes. Occupational Competence: Demonstrable occupational competence in subject areas. Training Delivery: Proven ability to deliver engaging training both in-person and remotely. Experience with Funded Contracts: Familiarity with ESFA or similar funded contracts and external standards. Planning Skills: Ability to devise effective schemes of learning and teaching strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Time Management: Strong ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
