Having had an increase in work over the last few months and with upcoming legislation changes meaning that is only likely to increase, my client is in need of a Surveyor with extensive Disrepair experience.
Our client is a South London local authority seeking a Building Surveyor to work specifically on overseeing the management of void refurbishment works and associated tasks.
You will provide a comprehensive professional surveying and technical service to diagnose, specify, design and facilitate a broad range building repair works and adaptations in accordance with all statutory and local legislation as well as delivering all departmental key performance requirements.
Tasks include
Managing works from inception to completion, including the programming of works and supervision of contractors to deliver on budget, time and to the required quality.
