Kelly Services are looking for a Sales Advisor to join a high-end and leading retailer in Loughborough on a full-time and permanent basis. Salary circa £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday The Role The role will likely suit someone friendly, confident, and customer-centric to provide a luxury customer experience. This fast-paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised and able to prioritise tasks whilst being proactive and reactive to customer requirements. As a Sales Advisor your key role is to provide excellent customer service whilst guiding the customer throughout the sales process which can begin over the phone, email or in person and it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator via each platform. As a Sales Advisor you will offer our customers the highest level of support and advice throughout their journey with us which includes technical advice, design advice and resolving customer queries.
