We are recruiting for a Care Co-ordinator for a small care provider based in Southend on Sea, Essex who is registered with CQC to provide residential care for people with learning disability across four locations all of which are in close proximity to each other.
As a Care Co-ordinator role you will work across all three locations within the provider group.
