Responsibilities will encompass overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes, maintaining the Quality Management System, maintaining quality standards, and actively driving quality best practice. This is what you'll be doing as QA Manager: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance for the site. Coordinate a team of internal auditors, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Create an internal audit programme and timetable covering regulatory compliance and quality assurance, reporting on findings and conducting detailed analysis of actions to be taken. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Update, maintain and refine the quality management system, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Follow change management process to document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals. Incorporating version control and change management practices, ensure that quality assurance documentation remains current, accurate, and aligned with the organisation's evolving needs. Analyse data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues. Monitor and report on non-conformities, lead on root cause analysis and ensure corrective action plans are implemented. Coordinate completion and timely return of customer questionnaires. Lead in the preparation and follow up of customer audits. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, conducting root cause investigations. Ensure all issues and gaps are addressed, maintaining corrective action plans to track and document progress. The experience you will bring as QA Manager; Ideally, hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences). or equivalent Quality Assurance experience. Proven experience in quality assurance, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing quality processes. Strong understanding of quality principles, methodologies, and tools, including ISO standards. Experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (trained auditor preferable). Experience with quality management systems and tools. Experience dealing with customers and suppliers. Excellent IT skills and proficient with the use of MS Office packages. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
