What is the role? Your role is to support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs or day centres and to support the children in all aspects of their daily living. You will safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm and when the children are not in the service you will undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home. Our team of Residential Support Workers are ready to welcome you to a friendly and supportive team.
