My Client, an educational organisation , is looking to appoint a Junior Buyer to further strengthen its procurement department.
As the Junior Buyer your main responsibilities and duties will include maintaining a strong working relationships with our suppliers and reviewing purchasing agreements with suppliers and keeping open lines of communications with those suppliers
You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with suppliers when it is beneficial to the company and compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact suppliers when there are discrepancies
Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.
You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate) whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission) so for the first 6 months of your employment you cannot earn less than this.
Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £16,000 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with very realistic on target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2 plus 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
