This Interim Accounts Payable Clerk role requires a proficient individual who can efficiently manage accounts payable within the retail industry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Accounting & Finance department in our Manchester location. This role is PART TIME Client Details Our client is a leading player in the retail industry. With a focus on innovation and quality, their products are synonymous with everyday convenience across the UK. Description Manage accounts payable and invoice processing. Conduct regular reconciliation of supplier statements. Assist with month-end closing procedures when required. Liaise with suppliers and resolve any invoice discrepancies. Collaborate effectively with the wider Accounting & Finance team. Ad hoc duties Profile A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have: A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Accounting System would be beneficial. Job Offer Salary between £24,000 to £27,000 FTE.
