Property Acquisition Manager Urgently Required Are you an experienced property professional with expertise in lease negotiations and landlord management? Join our team as a Property Leasing Manager and play a vital role in securing and maintaining high-quality properties for our supported housing services across the East Midlands Key information Job Title: Property Acquisition Manager Location: Remote with travel across the East Midlands Duration: 6 Months Day-to-Day Duties: Identify and procure suitable properties in line with requirements, negotiating favourable commercial lease terms to achieve best value Conduct thorough property inspections, assessments, and surveys to ensure properties meet our standards Manage ongoing lease renewals and landlord relationships, holding landlords accountable for repair and maintenance obligations Lead the property handback process, including negotiating dilapidations settlements and ensuring acceptable handover condition Liaise with internal teams to understand current and future property needs to guide procurement activities Promote leasing services, attending landlord events and building relationships with property owners/investors Essential Skills: Demonstrable experience in commercial property leasing and negotiating lease terms/dilapidations Skilled in property inspections and assessments, identifying defects and required remedial works In-depth understanding of property compliance requirements (H&S, energy efficiency etc.) Ability to build and maintain strong landlord/investor relationships Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities to achieve best value outcomes Robust decision-making skills and commercial acumen Knowledge of legislation/regulations relating to supported housing Experience assessing suitability of properties for specific client groups For more information or to apply please contact Saskia Lazarus-Hide on or email
