Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing, managing recruitment, and ensuring the school's HR policies are aligned with best practice and current legislation.

You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis, providingcover for contracts in Wider Hampshire, Horsham, Woking & Windsor however, there may be the requirement to cover contracts based in Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth & the Isle of Wight.
