Together, we are recruiting for a highly skilled Trade Floor Support Engineer on a permanent basis to work at an end clients' site (A highly reputable investment banking organisation) in Canary Wharf.
We are currently supporting a managed services organisation who work with multiple financial / investment organisations accross the UK.
This will operate on a Monday - Friday schedule with shifts between the hours of 6am - 7pm.
1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst - Financial / Banking - Whilst not essential preferred candidates with have previous Financial / Banking experience with some Trading Application Support in a mixed Windows / Linux environment along with some FIX Protocol, Scripting (PowerShell, Python / Bash / Shell) and some Database / SQL Server experience.

The Support Analyst - FIX Protocol Specialist role involves maintaining and running multiple exchange platforms, providing first-line support, and ensuring the smooth operation of trading systems.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line service desk support to our customers assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email and in person within the organisation's EPoS environment.
The Analyst will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate manner, and provide assistance where required.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC, terminals and printers) to ensure optimal performance.
