As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient school environment. Responsibilities: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle enquiries professionally. Manage student information on the school management information system (MIS). Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Coordinate appointments and meetings. Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures by verifying DBS checks for staff and volunteers. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-of-house role. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. An up-to-date DBS check is essential.
